Unique Twisted Rail Cap and newel post lead up to a "Ramp easing" and
turns upon a round rail cap. The handrail appears to have a high quality finish ,
maybe even a French Polish finish.
I question the look of the balusters, looks like a mistake,

The newel posts seems to the perfect proportion to the handrail and balusters, the turning is very attractive also.
